活到老 学到老: 天使投资

在吕欣欣的Blog上看到他说
在上海和晨星的人共进午餐的时候，他问我：“豆瓣怎么样？”
我的回答是：“好网站，如果你准备个人投资或者做天使投资，那么立刻投豆瓣，一定不会失败。但是你如果是以VC的身份，我就劝你要考虑一下了。因为我找不到豆瓣快速发展的方式。所以你肯定要做好不能快速退出的准备。”
风险投资这个名词见的多了,但是什么叫做天使投资呢?来自Wikipedia的定义是:
An angel investor (business angel in the UK, or simply angel) is an affluent individual who provides capital for a business start-up, usually in exchange for an equity stake. Unlike venture capitalists, angels typically do not pool money in a professionally-managed fund. However, angel investors often organize themselves in angel networks or angel groups to share research and pool investment capital.
